Hey guys. I have an N95 8GB (N95-4) and the other day i went to use the camera so I held down the camera button like normal and it started going into it, and then suddenly went back to the menu. I restarted my phone multiple times and then eventually did a soft reset but had no luck. I researched online and read a few times that people with the same problem did a hard reset and it didnt fix it. It's also worth noting that my barcode scanner DOES work. Any suggestions of how to fix it or should I just send it in to get fixed?
Camera randomly stopped working
The fact that the Scanner works would suggest that it is a firmware rather than a hardware problem.
One suggestion might be to re-install your firmware using the Nokia Software Updater in PC Suite. After reinstalling the firmware you should test your camera before restoring any Backups just in case it is a restored prog. causing the problems, or even restored Settings.
Oh ok. Well I did do that actually and it still doesn't work. Any other suggestions?
