I've had ENOUGH, Build quality....what shall i do guys?

I took out a new contract with Orange 2 weeks ago.
Had lots of issues with build quality.
After 4 returns my 5th N85 (black) handset had a rock solid slider.

However now the bottom right hand side of the keymat is peeling off. And excessive light is shining through underneath it.

What should I do?

if I contact Orange again, they'll probably replace mine with the same sh*** rattling slider or one with a creaky battery case, or both.

I'm just too tired with this phone.
What's the point having good features if the build quality is not there to support it!
omg
i'm tired...
what shall i do?

Shall I go to Nokia? Do you think they'll replace mine with another version? preferably not the N85-1?
I don't want to pay money more money on this (I've paid enough!)

I believe Orange offer you the choice of a completely different device after the third swap out, so I would go with that if I were you.

I would say go to Nokia as they're the ones who make the phone and provide the warranty. All Orange do is sell the phones for their network.

get rid of it... youre never going to be happy with it so spare yourself the effort and get a different phone.

They all seem to have some slight movement on the slider, but now you've had so many replacements, everything will be magnified to you... may as well start fresh. 😉
