I think i'm going to seel my N85....after I get ANOTHER (6th one) from Orange, the whole UK orange N85-1 Black seems to be faulty...

if i bought a new N95 8GB locked on Orange by somebody who didn't want their upgrade. Do i still get the 1 year warranty by Nokia?

even though I won't get it by Orange themselves?

and can also by ringing Orange, can i register my sim card to the handset? or would there be any problems

(UK BASED)

thank you for all your advice and help in advance!

Provided the handset you buy is genuine UK stock (not imported from Far East or USA etc) then Nokia should honour the 2 year UK warranty.
If the handset has been de-branded (by changing the product code with NSS) then Nokia will void the warranty if they check if you send it in for repair.

Ask the seller to confirm in writing that the handset is UK stock and has not been de-branded.
