I've tryed to setup my Nokia 5800EM for Mail for Exchange with a gmail account, but I can't make it work😡. Does anyone have a guide to do this properbly.

In short, it's not for gmail. Only where you connect to a microsoft exchange server.
Most commonly used for workplace email, not peoples own.
