Hi,
I've compared my phone to another, and seems as though my phone's keyguard switch is soft. As if the spring that holds it has lost its tension. To make matters worse Nokia care and another repairer dont want to touch it because it was purchased overseas.
Anyone have a similar problem or know of such issue?

I think I know what you mean - when mine was new it did feel a bit 'dodgy' not only feeling 'wrong' regarding tension, but actually it was a little 'sticky' sometimes. But with use it got better, I didn't feel the need to return it and now it's fine. Let's not forget that, yes, of course stuff should work as described, but this is a plastic �250 phone, not a Leica M8 😉
