Yes, Ewan's heading off for a three week your of the USA, taking in social media and gaming events. To try and add a little Symbian spice to proceedings, we insisted he take the Nokia 5800 with him, to really try it out 'on the road'. He's going to be sending back regular video reports, hopefully giving a flavour of where he is and what he's doing, but mainly letting us know how he's getting on with S60 5th Edition and the 5800. Now I am really looking forward to seeing the rest of these video's! As far as I am concerned he should drink twice as much caffeine containing beverages before each video so that then he could fit twice as much info into a 4 minute video! :tongue:
Regardless of the outcome I am sure that I will be sending countless friends to look at this when they tell me they want to get a new phone, because while some of them fancy themselves as real power users, this will really show the pro's and con's of the device with some real hard usage.
It would be good to have this as a video podcast...perhaps it could be a sub-series on the AAS videocast, to which I'm already subscribed 😊

Perhaps I'm just starting to notice it now? Anyway its annoying at engadget and doubly irritating here.

Can I ask whether it is the word that annoys you (probably agree here, prefer 'More details in the full story...' myself. Or is it not having everything on the front page?
I'm guessing from the post its the wording in which case I'll have to consider adding into the banned words list 😊.

We're experimenting with new forms of media etc. If this becomes a regular thing it will certainly be added to the videcast feed. Video in general is on the list, but specific feedback is welcomed.

Great stuff Ewan, amusing as always. I like the haptic feedback on the 5800 though I am still switching between E71 and 5800 as I haven't got used to the virtual keyboard on the 5800 yet, still like real buttons 😊.
