Music Player: Old entries still shown after deletion

A couple of days ago I tried removing several tracks that came with the memory card. However after removing the tracks the artists still show up in the music library even though the songs are gone. Any ideas as to how to fix this?

try updating the library, I belive I had to do that when I exchanged musicfiles on my old phone, N73...

If you mean "Refresh Library", then I've already done that to no avail.
