Hi all,
I downloaded Nokia's Energy Profiler 1.2 yesterday, as I thought it may be quite a useful application in helping me with battery life on my N82.
However, I was disappointed to find that whilst the Energy trace which provides real time power usage and the battery capability estimator were fairly interesting, that there was no method by which to determine what process was sucking the power.
Does anyone know of a plug-in for this, or another application atogether, that identifies a) what power is being used, and b) what apps/process is drawing this power and in what quantities?
Such an app will enable me to better manage power consumption and increase my battery life. I have to charge every day (full batt lasts from about 8am til 11pm with minimal usage, 15 texts, 20 mins music, 5 mins WAP, 1 pic if that). I've already done the obvious, i.e. reduced screen brightness, reduced time to standby, no 3G, no bluetooth, no apps running in background. i'm a little disappointed to be honest that i have to be so frugal with my usage to get a days play out of it.
Cheers,
Andy.
