(again) some weird combination of installing an app, removing the MMC, rebooting, putting the MMC back in has stranded an application in my AppManager.
This has happend to me before on an old N73 and could only resove it by a hard format, (which I really don't want to do).
It basically shows the app UID:
101ea2ca.sis [MMC ICON]
"Not Installed"
..and there is no [Remove] option for it in the options menu.
Is there new way of removing this ghost installation from my AppManager list?

I have tried reinstalling the original app
and uninstalling, and variuos methods suggested onthe net
but nothing seems to fix this...
