M600i reboot loop [DESPERATE]

Hi all,

I've a SE M600i that is constantly rebooting in loop, saying

"The phone has rebooted to improve performance"

I think that a firmware update solves this, but I'm desperate to retrieve the phonebook!

Any suggestions?
