My new 5800 only rings 5 times before going to voice mail how do I alter this thanks

... to a degree, but it's not as straightforward as you might think. I've had an ongoing network issue with a 5800 on T-mobile payg and decided to look at the divert settings. Now, even with these all de-activated, it still diverts to the voicemail box after a couple of rings if you don't answer. In actual fact, I got a longer wait by activating 'divert on no answer' and setting it to the maximum of 30 seconds.
