Add/change language N82

Hi, I'm new here 😊

Looked around a bit but didn't find an answer so I decided to post my question.

Just bought a used N82 which only has a few standard languages, and not my own (Swedish). I have no problem with English in the menues, but I would like to have T9 in Swedish.

Do anyone know how to fix this, or at least point me in the correct direction?

Thank you!

Thanks for the reply!

I'm totally new at this, what does this number represent?

The code of my phone is 0549174 (a number I found under the battery, which is similar to the number you wrote).

What sort of software should I use? Where can I download it?

Thanks!

Edit:
Ok, I have been doing some research and I've edited my code with NSS, but NSU won't upgrade (re-flash) since I already have the latest firmware. Is there anything I can do to go around that?

So there's absolutely no way of me getting Swedish T9 in my phone?

I've read about people re-flashing their phone with the same version firmware, but I just can't find any instructions on how to.

Edit: Called a Nokia service center and they could flash the phone, but they're charging €40 for it, goddammit... Now it's personal, have to do this for free, it's me against bloody Nokia 😉

Yes, I managed to change language, so now I've got a Swedish phone and I saved €40!

It took some hours to do all the research, but it was totally worth it and I learned alot on the way 😊

hi can you please tell how you have done? i am facing same problem! i want to add italian to t9 to my n82

So I start step by step :

I flashed my 1650, I changed only the MCU file with your flash.

And now I have "Contact service"

SO I thinkl that there is a problem in the mcu file, no ??

Thanks
