i installed the pc suite on my pc and plugged the usb into my computer, when i clikc on my p800 icon it says no phone connected....

its not reading the p800 why?????????

You should have a Phone Connection Link symbole in the icons in the right lower corner. Click, and turn on "Listen to USB"....
Then it should be ok..... -

or get the new version 1.1 ( maybe ) or is your USB Slot 1.0 or 2.0 ??

check in device manager to make sure the driver for the phone is installed. when i set mine up it wasnt, if not click update driver and use the driver on the cd that came with it (win98/mi) if using win xp click ok to the warning about not being signed. then go back to device manager and click update again let it search the net and it will download a signed driver for win xp
