Hi
I have just upgraded my n95 8gb uop to latest firmware when I reboot I now get a screen asking me to input reg code for QIX by zicorp. Is this relevant to nokia firmware upgrade?Does anyone know how I can get rid of it?

Thanks in advance

It's a search funtion for contacts and files etc. embedded into T-mobile firmware so the only way to remove it may well be to change your product code with Nemisis and run generic firmware. If your lucky it might be listed in the apps manager and you could remove it from there. I don't have T-mobile but it sounds odd that you should have to input a code.

Thanks Shug

I am with vodafone - I have realised I have probably upgraded a unbranded phone with vodafone upgrade so I think your analysis is correct - where do I find this nemesis? I presume I would then upgrade again with a generic product code ?

Thanks - any help appreciated - I am fairly techy but a newb to firmware upgrades.

Just a quick update

Nemises and new product code in nsu worked great - when I restored contacts and calender phone would not restart saying `start failed contact retailer`Luckily I have a nokia service shop half a mile from where I live and they are going to flash it and get it back this afternoon.
