Operator jingle playing at phone boot

Hello,

On a Nokia E71, the operator has inserted their own image + jingle at phone start-up. This is after the normal Nokia connecting hands, and just displays a rather ugly operator logo while it plays the operator signature jingle.

All references to this problem I found on google seems to relate to replacing the operator logo in the top of the screen while the phone is running, or to replacing the nokia connecting hands. I have no issues with these though, but would _really_ like to get rid of the annoying operator jingle (and if possible the ugly image)

Is this a problem for other than Telenor-customers, and could anyone kindly point me towards a relatively recent and up-to-date howto for how to do this on the E71 ?

Thanks in advance!

I'm new to this smartphone thing in general, and to a Nokia E63 in particular.

However, having the sound of the Nokia connecting hands intro irritated me, and I found I could turn it off via Tools > Settings > General > Personalisation > Tones > Warning Tones >> Options > Change > Off.

Of course, this disables other sounds as well, but it was worth it!

Would that work for your operator's logo + jingle?
