How to stop connection to internet when going abraod.

Ok im going away soon and like everyone else a lot off the apps on my 5800 automatically use the internet, Google maps, weather, Garmin etc...

How can I ensure that it doesn't connect to the internet accidently and I end up with a massive bill?
