N85 Optical mouse!

Not sure if this has been discovered yet, but the N85 has an optical mouse, with the themes effect turned on, you can only use the optical mouse in the main menus by just using your fingertip to go round in circles inside the joystick (you`ll get used to it) which will scroll around the menu folders, pretty cool lil extra feature. :icon14:

In my experience it's hopelessly unreliable. When you want it to work it doesn't and when you don't want it to work (for example pressing the joystick "select" button) it suddenly sparks into life and moves your highlighted option before "selecting".

Very frustrating. Turned mine off in the end.

I like the "Navi Wheel" touch sensor idea though, sometimes prefer using it as an optical mouse rather than the joystick itself in which you have to press firmly, I know sometimes it can be frustrating but it takes getting used to, would of been great if you could use it more freely on this phone though like in media galleries & everything else. 😎
