Why do I see 6 Shortcuts on Standby in some of the theme screenshots?

There is a different standby layout for some of the 5800 themes screen shots. Why is that? Is there a future update to include these changes?

Can you send a link to a screenshot of what you're referring to?

And... you'll see the menu button at the bottom of the screen, which is also not possible on the latest firmware.

I think these screenshots were took from the SDK, which isn't exactly the same as the current firmware.

I like that layout and I hope they work that into the firmware at some point.
