I've just recently bought a Nokia 6220 Classic and want to use the voice dial feature. Some of my contacts have several phone numbers against them and to get it to dial the right number, I have to specify a default. When I do this by selecting the contact, then the number the Options>Default, it just returns to the standby screen. Orange told me the phone was faulty and replaced it for another phone that did exactly the same, Nokia, and a local Nokia Care point can't sort it at the moment and I'm now wrangling with Nokia for a way forward. It's got the latest software (03.46).
Is it just me or are the all like it? I've only ever owned Nokia Phones, so I like to think that I understand the functions and all my previous phones have been able to do this without any problems.😮
