I have tomtom navigator 6 on a tomtom memory card on my nokia n73.
My dad is going to america and so downloaded USA map for about �35, only when I came to install it on the memory card it was too big. I rang tomtom and they advised me I could buy a normal mini SD memory card and install the software and maps onto it.
So, I bought the new memory card and put on the USA map, however, i needed to install the tomtom software from my original memory card. I went on tomtom home but when I tried to copy the application onto my computer ready to install on the new memory card it came up with the error message:
"YOU CANNOT COPY THE TOMTOM APPLICATION FROM NON-TOMTOM DEVICES TO YOUR COMPUTER".
The support desk is closed and I am doing this for my dad who goes on holiday on tues so really need some help on how to get the software onto my memory card!! Thanks!!
