The Nokia Beta Labs blog recently announced Nokia's latest beta offering - Here and now. Here and now is a context aware (location) short cut to services. Currently here and now provides local weather and events listings. Here and now, which currently works only with S60 3.2 devices (N79, N85, 6220c etc.), is currently still in development, but will be pre-installed on a number of upcoming Nokia devices. Beta Labs is asking for your feedback to help shape the future direction of the application.

Is this available for N95 8G?
I paid a lot of money for this phone last year ($250 with 3yrs subscription plan of $46/mnt).
Was my device having s60 and GPS forgotten? Is N95 8G supported? My feeling is only Feature Pach 2 phones are supported - this what 3.2 means, no?

This is not business... what Nokia does is ... sh!!tting its customers...

Sorry, but it is simply not fair. Can I upgrade my phone to Feature Pack 2? If no, why not? Rafe, Steve, Tzer, anybody knows the solution? If my phone will be hacked, can I upgrade the OS software to FP2? Why not?

@ Engineer...

Mate, take a MASSIVE chill pill will you...

Crikey.

MANY new Beta Labs applications now come out for a certain Operating System version, as it's easier for them to get it out the door quick, THEN work on getting it rolled out to other devices thereafter.

SOMETIMES, they do this with FP2 devices first, such as this application, or the recent Photo Browser application which was also FP2 kind of devices only, at first, THEN rolled out later to older phones.

MANY other times though, it is done the OTHER WAY ROUND, and WE as FP1/established devices users, get to play with the applications first, such as Nokia Messaging not initially being available for FP2, or 5th Edition.

So swearing your head off at Nokia...? Crikey... chill out, for Pete's sake...

is this region specific? i have N85 and i don't still see that in my browser bookmark.

You have DOWNLOADED the application from the Beta Labs site first, yes...?

Otherwise, how would you see anything... it's a piece of software you install on your phone. Then once added, you can use it...

HTH...
