Messaging Problem E51

Hi
I have a messaging problem with my E51. When I receive a new text message, I cannot view it when I click to open it. The only way I can access the message is to listen to it. Any ideas what could be wrong?

First try turning phone off then back on to see if it that makes it works normal.
If not then you need to re-set the phone without loosing your personal settings. Do back-up then punch in *#7780# "enter".
If still no good then full reset/format of phone. Do backup then punch in *#7370# "enter".
Default security code is 12345.
