Can the blue 'browser' button be disabled?

Hi,

Another quick question... I don't have any GPRS bundle and thus am not concerned about using it. However, I sometimes press that blue button on the right of the phone by accident... Does anyone know how to disable this button, or better still, assign it to another application/function?

Some applications having a setting which allow you to use this button to activate them Handy Day is one of these and is a really excellent program. Recommended by me and exactly hat I'd choose for the blue button.
