Hi

Me again with problems and stuff.

I am looking for a different type of sat nav and not wanting to keep the Nokia maps as it only seems to be a trail.

Which free sat navs are there available and where can they be downloaded from?

Thanks guys

I have 'amaze' on my phone which I downloaded free from amazegps.com. I have used it for various journeys and it works fine. Has voice settings.

OK thanks i'll try them.

Heres a long shot but i'll see if you guys can help me. I have a Navman F20, I think it is, but it's way outdated this is why am wanting to get something for my 5800, I was wondering however if there is a way that I can upload a new software on to my sat nav with a memory card?

Most sat navs can be updated - would be worth googling the model number +firmware upgrade.....

Hi all

I installed Garmin XT and a high detailed map and now the Garmin apps is randomly hanging. I have to press menu button and the app is automatically closed.

Is there any known problem where if app is cpu intensive is killed by OS ?

could be the high detailed mapping , can you reduce the detail in some way and see if it still hangs...or maybe a firmware upgrade...
