It has been said before in these forums that you have to be very thorough with the packaging when you send your 9210 to Nokia for firmware upgrade.....I guess whoever sent this didn't take enough precautions!

Oh yeah! now i remember. It sure does look like my old 9110i wen i crashed it on during a motorcycle accident! It even looks worse than that! too bad i didnt take a pic of it! jst imagine the smae thing, plus - a shattered monochrome screen like a spider dwelled in it! :x
