m.google.com then clicking on 'youtube' seems to just take you to the mobile web interface. Where do I get the client?
Ah - if you don't see a Download link, then it means that your device isn't officially compatible. What are you using?

I'm using N82 and same problem here. Though I don't even know what are supported devices. But I know, that YouTube application (v.2.0.4) runs very smoothly on my Nokia.

Interesting. When I click on YouTube on m.google.com I get a huge 'Install now' affair/link. Maybe your N82 has had its user agent modified? Can't think why you wouldn't see the app otherwise....
Ok, now I got that working. I had to change Google's language to English (it was Finnish) and now there was that YouTube link and everything went just smoothly.
First I tried to go to m.youtube.com and there was also that link "Download the YouTube application", but when I click it, there came page in Finnish which said that my device is not supported. Weird. =)
