Can't sending Text Messaging
Hi there, just yesterday I had the same problem trying to send text messages. I have a dual sim holder in my 5800 - one for contract one for pay and go (i go back and forth between Irish republic and Northern Ireland but pay and go cheaper for international calls). I couldn't send texts from pay and go sim so went online to find out what message centres to use. I had to add a new message centre (go to messaging screen select settings) for pay and go which is "Prepay SMS" and "Postpay SMS" for contract. then make sure the message centre numbers are correct - see link below.
For me when I switch between sim cards, and try to text from pay and go my message centre defaults tp "O2 SCP1" so I have to select "prepay SMS".
If anyone knows what O2 SCP! is let me know.
