Trust CJ to find this little gem - Nokia's Star Trek tie-ins mean that there's now a Star Trek mini-site hosted within nokia.mobi, including a Tricorder application to download. Follow CJ's lead for how to get to the mini-site.

Just a short note guys, the direct link to the minisite gives you a slightly different version of the actual minisite if you view it on pc/mac browsers.

If you view it on your nokia phone browser, you'll (hopefully) see the actual site with links to the app and ringtones in addition to the wallpapers and animation.

I still don't see the tricorder download link when I go to that site on a PC or on my phone. Can someone download the sis file and post a link, please?

I don't see it either. I'm wondering if maybe the US version doesn't have it (yet)? Not a big deal, but just curious.

I bought my Nokia 5800 mid-april, and as avid Trekkie I was gutted to discover the limited edition 5800 was out this May. A Vodaphone rep has assured me the Trek content will be available. My question is where n when. The 5800 preloaded website fav's are a mess, legitimat apps are in short supply (not brave enuff to mess with my phone software to allow non-licensed apps). Im very pleased with my phone but Nokia really shoulda given a more open license approuch to apps and created a single hub to download them f

If anyone does find the Tricorder and Phaser apps please post a link, i NEED them ;
