Sounds like a good game, but I would love to see a turnbased strategy game on N-Gage, like old UFO: Enemy Unknown for DOS or Rebelstar for GBA.
Those were both made by Julian Gollop, descended from similar work on the Spectrum in the 1980s...
Yes, Chaos, Laser Squad, Lords of Chaos.
I still think that the Spectrum version of Lords of Chaos was superior to the PC and Amiga versions.
I never had Chaos on the Spectrum, but played it a few years back on an emulator. Still stands up as a fun little game, even now, despite obvious strategic limitations that were removed with the larger (and longer playing) Lords of Chaos.
I too would love to see some games like this on mobile phones. There's Pocket UFO on Windows Mobile, but I was never a fan of the UFO games, preferring the older 2D variants.
In many ways Chaos is like Reset Generation or Worms, there's a very similar simple-but-complex feel which draws you in and keeps you entertained.
