It doesn't have an FM radio unfortunately - Zip files can be opened with a program called jZip available from www.freepoc.org.

It does not have a radio but I use with it the ericsson radio add-on and it works great especially for jogging.

[quote="opheim.com"]The new HPR-20 works great on the P800. Great sound quality as well!

Sorry, but your close friend is wrong. We have both the items in stock, and I have tested them together. It works fine.

By the way, the blue light in the new HPR-20 is soooo cool...😃

I'm quite sure I know the answer already, but here goes..

You can't listen to Mp3's on the P800 through the radio's headset right?

As far as I know, you cannot get a stereo signal from the connector at the bottom, but I'm not sure.

I actually have the Mp3 add-on player. I thought it would be nice (also having MMC memory expansion), but the player DIDN'T work on my P800. Anyone encountered the same problem or could tell me why!?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the new FM radio doing the same as the old one? Ie, it's just a headset with a radio attached that draws power from the phone?

If so, it would explain why the radio works and the MP3 player doesn't (since it relies on the phone to provide the UI)

If you take a close look at tht HPR-20 Radio, it has its own LCD-display which displays the frequency, so the phone itself does not need to provide any UI for the player, contrary to the MP3-player.

got my HPR-20 Radio today it works fine and it says stereo bla bla something so i guess stereo signal works, maybe ill test an mp3 later on

Seems you've got this equipment handy, so telll us if the P800 will play MP3 in stereo using this radio headset, yes or no?
