I am not able to add voice tags to any contact at all. In fact I don't see that option at all under the contacts. Am I missing something here? Is there any thing else that I need to enable? Thanks..

It seem, that you can't add voice tag. The voice tag is generated by the buil in text ot speech engine.

That's correct. There is no need to record you own voice prompts because the voice control system is speaker independent.
