my P910i has locked out the touch screen, how do I fix it?

HI
I've got a dilemma here I was happily using my p910i without the flip keypad when I appeared to accidently get to the screen setup & calibrate screen.
I jogged out of it using the wheel & I havn't been able to use the screen since.
What do you think the problem is?
do I reinstall the operating system if so will that sort the display out and make it responsive to the pen?

I've put the flip keypad back on & got it sort of working but I'm a bit lost without the pen (or the gay-pen as my wife calls it)

can any kindly symbian techie out there help?
Thanks so much for reading this
cheers
