Just bought a Nokia 5800 XpressMusic with ver 20.2.014.
Nice phone. but i've been getting the dreaded "certificate error"
I've googled all over and tried the *#7370# method with or without the memory card. reinstalled the firmware twice over, changed locale to hong kong etc but i still cant use the Nokia Downloader beta (with Ovi).
Firstly, When i open the Nokia Download app it says that my device (Nokia 5800 Xpress) is NOT COMPATIBLE. it then suggest a MOBILE Client download that will allow it to communcate with the phone.
On downloading the client software it tries to install it on the phone and that is where the "Certificate Error Contact Supplier" error comes in.
Anybody have this issue solved and if so, how'd you do it?
