HELLLPPPP!!!!!
I have been trying to update from V11.0.009 today. Its a Vodafone branded contract phone.
When using the NSU it just hangs, it disconnects and I jump through the hoops that it tells me to but it is just hanging on 13 mins to go.....for the last hour. OTA does not help at all just no updates available. Any ideas?
