hi guys..i m using N72. recently i deleted a contact number,which i m badly in need of now. the phone memory has never been formatted since then.
Is there any way with which i can recover that contact?? this number is very important to me..... pls pls help
I don't know exactly for S60 , but in S60 v 3 it works like this . ONLY when you have been making a Backup before . Contacts > Copy > Copy from MemoryCard .
To make a Backup : Contacts > Mark All > Copy > Copy to Card .
The Backup is located in Memorycard E:\Others\Contacts
Of course there is many other ways to make Backups , like Synchronizing , your PC , the Web , or maybe just an old spare Phone .

you dint get me .. i have not made any backup which had that particular contact... is there any phone memory recovery software which can recover contacts deleted??
Thank you for your reply . I know for PC harddiscs there are programs to recover deleted/lost data . But on Mobile Phone , using Flash Memory , I doubt there is such a thing ... That's why I tried to underline the importance/possibility of making a Backup . I was hoping for you , that you had been doing a Backup sometime in the past .
Maybe someone else knows a trick , but I don't ...
