Nokia e52 better power than n97?

The E52, which seems like a basic e series phone, but it has a 600mhz, while the flagship top of the line n97 has 400ish mhz.

What gives?

I'm no expert when it comes to technical stuff like this, but it makes me feel like maybe the processor speed really doesn't have that much to do with the overall power of the phone.

Nokia couldn't possibly be stupid enough to make their lower line phones more capable than the n97, so there must be some logic to this.

So processor speed can't be the all determining factor, could it?

Anyone care to educate me or have any comment on this?

Its all speculation until the final release of both phones so that we can do some meaningful tests to prove one way or another. I find it hard to believe as well given my earlier comment on the CPU from the FCC pictures (which demand the FCC entry to be as close to the final product as possible).

I am not in denial - but really want to get some hardcore facts before I can really put a nail in my coffin.
