Hi everyone! I'm Kristine.
I have an issue regarding my P990i phone. I had no issues using this when I was in the Philippines. However, when I arrived here in Singapore and bought a Singtel sim card, I cannot call anymore. I just hear a busy tone. I can receive calls but I cannot do an outbound call locally or internationally.
If I would use my sim card with a different phone, it functions perfectly. It can make a call and receive calls. So obviously, it's not the sim card or the Telecom Provider but my phone.
I already checked my Call Settings -- Restrict Calls and everything is set on"OFF". So, nothing is restricted. I should be able to receive as well as make calls. But, I can only receive calls and not make calls.
If anyone would be able to help me with this, I would really appreciate it.
