I am recently having problems transfering image files to my PC using the IR from my 7650. It will always say "sending failed". I can however, send data from my PC to my 7650, meaning the IR is working. I have sent around 20 images from my phone since i bought it. What seems to be wrong? Please advice. Should I return my phone to the Shop?

Are you using PC Suite to generate the upload?

before you take it back, get a mates IR phone and try and send him soemthing or play a 2player game to see if its your PC not letting the data in or the pohone not sending it
TBH i doubt its the phone, more likely to be something thats happened or been installed since you had success
