The 8GB variant of the Samsung i8910 HD (also known as the Omnia HD) is now available to buy on the UK operator Orange. The handset costs £97.50 on a new 18 month - £35 contract. Once the phone is available through Orange's retail partners this will likely fall, but at the moment the i8910 is only available direct from Orange retail (limited stock) or online stores.

Yes you can get in on other tariffs at different price points, but that's the cheapest for the 97 price point as far as I can see.

It goes up in price from there...

Yes its 39.99 offline and 34.99 online. Basically you get a 5 saving by going online.

and yep mobiles.co.uk have alternatives buying options.

Hi all,

Well Orange have IMO quite sensibly changed thier prices for this as intially i found them to expensive IMO and the best deal to be found was from Orange resellers with the phone free on a 18 month 35pm contract.

I actually just bought mine on Friday with this deal,

Your phone is FREE with this plan
Dolphin 45 18 months @39.14pm instead of 44.04
1200 anytime minutes, 500texts, unlimited landline calls
500MB anytime mobile internet browsing
and itemised billing, Answer Phone and dedicated Customer Service.

Which i found to be much better than the 35pm deals and having to add the Data pack to it @5pm.
