Somewhere I read all of the Nokia 7650 and Nokia 3650 softwares are compatable with SE P800. Is it true?

Definitely no. Although both are Symbian, they operate at different OS

That's slightly wrong, they use different versions of the same OS (Symbian). More importantly though they use a different user interface (UIQ for the P800 and Series 60 for the 3650/7650). So even if they were using the same version of Symbian, you would still need to make changes to your software so it would work with each UI.
