Hi, i have purchased a nokia less than 2 months ago and i'm starting to have problems. I have inserted about 100 songs onto my phone and for some reasons now when i listen to some songs my phone just shuts off automatically. Can you guys help me to get it to stop?

With "a nokia", are you referring to the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic, or some other model? (Asking just in case, because there are a few hundred different Nokia phone models out there.)
What firmware version does your phone have? Dial *#0000# to see it. Have you checked if there's an update (in case it is a problem that's fixed that way)?
Otherwise, is it specific songs that cause this (e.g., always the same songs)?
Are you using a playlist to play them, or are you choosing by album or artist?
What is the file format of the songs?
Anything particular about those songs that cause problems (e.g., are the very big files, or different format than others)?
Does the phone only shut off when playing music?
Did it happen all along, or has it just started?
If the behaviour just started, what has happened between the time it last worked and since the problems appeared (in particular, what happened just before the problems begun)?
