Hi all. I'm from macedonia and i was wondering if there is some way for free GPS tracing ? If there is any please reply to my post. Thanks in advance.

The GPS location data from the sky (satellites) is free.

Google Maps is also free (Google is not charging users) and can use data from the network, a built-in GPS receiver or external Bluetooth GPS receiver (however, the loading of Google map data requires a data connection).

Right .
1. You need GPS reciever ( build in the Phone or bluetooth External)
2. You need Maps .
- most of them you have to buy , like : Tom Tom , Mcguider , Nokia Maps , Garmin , and many more . These maps normally are stored in your Phone on MemoryCard . So you don't need data-connection to recieve these Maps .
- some are free like Google Maps : http://m.google.com/maps?dc=gorganic&dc=gorganic
Or : http://www.nav4all.com/site2/www.nav4all.com/index.php
These maps you cannot store on your phone , but they come through data-connection , like GPRS , 3G or WiFi (hotspot , at home or in office)
For GPS on the road , while traveling , you need data-connection for the free maps (GPRS , 3G) .
Also to get a quick GPS - fix , called A-GPS (assisted) , you need a data-connection . This is about 4kB download .
3. For cheap GPS , see also :
