9210e upgrade

I am thinking of upgrading my 9210 firmware but does the cd rom need updating as well?
If not will all the cd rom apps work ok?

yes you do need somftware upgrade as well. what version are you using?
anyways you can find all the software updates ie. All_Nokia_Data.sis at the nokia forum site.

All you should do is download both the all_nokia_data & All_nokia_memory_card_data .sis files & load them on.
Actually the nokia service centre should do all the upgrades for you, but never the less you should know.

Err...is it possible to upgrade the Z ROM(12Mb) to the size of 9210i? Would it be diffcult??

By the way, though mine is v3.18, I still can install and play games of v4.18 firmware like Bounce, Card game, etc.

I am running v3.62. how much does nokia charge for the upgrade and will my local service centre link telecom be able to do the upgrade?

Free of charge. I guess only NOKIA Center can do the upgrade.
