I have recently had problems with my 9210 ans phone, it would show the spool symble every 5 mins and bleep to say there is a message.
orange didn't have a clue how to solve this problem.
the answer is to format the device and remove all the shiteee they have installed, then use the supplied cd rom to install the factory software.
I hope this helps someone as its an ongoing problem with orange.
