Maybe it is free. Someone told me that it was free downloadable from taito web page... But is in japanese...

It's name is hacked because someone (don't remember who) unpacked the jar-file, played around with the graphics to make the game look better and redistributed this slightly modified version as hacked puzzle bobble.
