Nokia 5630 no FM reception just noise

Hi, guys

I'm new to this forum and I hope you can help me out.
My problem is with my brand new Nokia 5630.
The FM radio reception does not work. I've plugged in the
enclosed headset (for the antenna) and I've stated my region Europe, country Sweden and then my area.
I've even downloaded station presets.
All I can hear is noise. On every frequency!
I know this phone is rather new, but maybe I've missed some simple setting?

There is a few possibilities . Probably the application software doesn't launch , or you did not plug in completely the headset .
1. Reboot the Phone : turn off , turn on and try again .
2. Reset : I hope , since it is a new Phone , that you did not put in a lot of entries , because reset can delete files .
