E75 freezes on boot

My Nokia E75 freezes on boot up, I came to the desk and then the phone will stop.
No button will response so a reset is impossible even a firmware update because the computer doesn't see the phone.

Is there any troubleshooter of must I bring it back to the dealer?

Exact same problem here as well 😞

It looks like to many applications want to start up at once . It can also be a corrupted file . Or not enough space on C: disk ( device memory full with files , apps etc . Store/install them on Mass Memory = MemoryCard ) . I don't know exactly the consequenses for E75 , but a hard reset cleans the C: disk . So some application might disappear , when it is not in ROM . Hard Reset is ok for ROM : the operating system . Also no warranty problem . But be sure to make a Backup , like using Nokia PC Suite on PC/Mac . Here is a thread about Resetting : http://www.allaboutsymbian.com/forum//forum/thread/81021/
