Cancelled an install in Ovi Store..

Um... I wanted to download and install the Facebook application for my phone, and when it was half-way through installing, I decided that I actually wanted to install it on the memory card instead of the phone memory. So I hit cancel, but then realized that Ovi Store now won't let me download the Facebook application anymore. The button is greyed out. It probably thinks I already have it installed.

Any ideas of what I might be able to do..? :con?

Seems like poor human factors design!

Same happened to me! I found the installer file in one of the folders on the c;\ drive (I think it was the c:\ drive, may have been E:\) and then re-started the installation from there and all was ok! Have a look through the folders with Xplore or another file manager, but not the one that comes with the phone as that will not allow you to open "sensitive" folders! Good luck!

Sorry I can't be more precise, but the intallation file is now gone after I installed it and cannot remember where it was exactly! But if I could find, I am sure you will be able to!

Ah thanks for the note! I'll be sure to look that up the next time it happens. I was also able to restart the installation by going to the old Ovi page through the browser.

I didn't see any installers when I looked through my folders, so perhaps it had been deleted when I tried uninstalling and then installing Ovi Store earlier.

Thanks for the tip though, it should be useful for the future, or anyone else who encounters the same problem.
