So like the title says, while I tried to setup Garmin on friends new innov8 after we copied GarminXT and GarminXT Support files, the phone just froze down. We couldn't enter the menu or do any other actions on phone other then typing the numbers in start screen. We restarted the phone (turned off and turned on) and now we even can't turn it off that way but only by removing the battery. We can't even connect it to PC to reinstall firmware!
So is there a way to fix some things up, any help would do good.

bro ,you must do a hard reset of your phone. i had a same problem , its drive me crazy,but this is the only thing that will help you with your phone. tipe this *#7370# and after that in the line that will show you tipe your secure code ,which is by default 00000000-8 zero. this will erase everythig of your phone, but as i known these is the only way.

this code is in your user manual book. in my previous mobile n82 the code was 12345. but as i said, code 00000000 is in user manual for innov8. is there a possibility that you change a code for your own.if you are, you must tipe your own new code. i hope this will work.
