Can not sync. my contacts

I had to reformat my 9210, and synced (one way) my contacts back to the Nokia from my Outlook XP (Norwegian, as my 9210 also is). Have not installed any apps on my 9210, only the ones not removed when formatting. But after an easy sync 1, I can not make the second sync. It starts slowly, but after 2 "blue squares" in the process line of my PC Suite 2.03 it will not go on. It tries, but it seems impossible to get further in the process.

I have 4.13 firmware, and has been using the 9210 for a long time. This started after a format (and most likely the SR 1 of Win XP Pro. I have this, with all updates. I also have manually registered agnsync.dll.

Can anybody help?

I have similar dificulties from time to time - not related to reformat, but otherwise similar. Usually, my problem is that the connection between PC and 9210 "gets lost". I have found that:

a) it is worth keeping trying - it often works eventually

b) it seems to work better immediately after booting up the PC and after the 9210 has been restarted.
